Introduction

The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation is the government agency charged with the responsibilities of translating the socio-economic vision of the country into a macroeconomic stability and sustainable growth. It spearheads the overarching national planning and coordination of sector-wide development through improved resource planning and effective service delivery.

The Ministry, in partnership with line-ministries, private sector and development partners promotes enabling environment for sustainable development, employment and economic growth. The Ministry has undergone a radical reform and restructuring in order to meet the wider expectations of post-conflict recovery and reconstruction agenda.
